DELIVERY​
Upon placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders received by 2pm are usually despatched the next working day using
Royal Mail 1st Class..

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all small items (Maximum size 30cm).
Please note that we currently only ship to UK addresses. ​
RETURNS​
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

All returns must be postmarked within twenty one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS​
To return an item, please notify us by email at info@cotswoldgardenart.co.uk where you will be issued with a returns reference number and return address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS​
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS​
Please note sale items cannot be returned.
